Treatment Investment

The treatment investment includes the cost of the appliances, the appointments for the expected treatment time, the first set of retainers, retainer check for two years and any observation visits between early treatment and final treatment. If retainers are lost or broken, there will be a charge for repair or replacement. The treatment fee is honored for six months.

Although rarely necessary, additional fees may be charged for treatment made necessary by poor retainer wear, abnormal growth or tooth movement or jaw dysfunction. We reserve the right to impose monthly extended treatment fee (not included in the quote fee) if treatment is significantly delayed by noncooperation, missed or cancelled appointments or undue damage to the appliances.

Our Insurance Guidelines

For the patients with orthodontic insurance, we will verify benefits, accept payments from your insurance company and take care of all insurance billings to help minimize your insurance concerns. We will also assist you with flexible spending accounts and are happy to provide you with the required payment receipts.
