Treatment Investment
The treatment investment includes the cost of the appliances, the appointments for the expected treatment time, the first set of retainers, the retainer check appointments for 1 1/2 years and any observation visits between early treatment and final treatment. If retainers are lost or broken, there may be a charge for repair or replacement. The treatment investment fee will be honored for six months from the date of the initial consultation.

Our Insurance Guidelines
For the patients with orthodontic insurance, we will verify benefits, accept payments from your insurance company and take care of all insurance billings to help minimize your insurance concerns. We will also assist you with flexible spending accounts and are happy to provide you with the required payment receipts.
